Wigology is a bespoke wig company that specialises in handcrafted, lace frontal wigs made from the highest quality human hair. We are based on the first floor of our sister company, Thatchairs Hair and Body, situated in Huyton, Liverpool. We aim to provide nothing but the best products and service in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. All wig units will be made in house, with love and care, and can be custom coloured and cut to whatever style you would like as they are all made from real hair.
Our Story...
Hey everyone! My name's Emilia Aristidou, or you may know me as Mili, and I am the creator of Wigology! I founded Wigology in 2019, I have a passion for all things hair and wig making was something I was really curious about. So after a lot of research and a few courses later, here we are! I qualified as a hairdresser in 2012, with NVQs Level 2 & 3 and graduated from Andrew Collinge Graduates, where I spent 3 years training! I now work for my family's hair salon, Thatchairs Hair and Body in Liverpool were I have built up my skills and knowledge for the past 10 years and currently were Wigology is based.
Everything to do with Wigology is done by me, so from building your wig from scratch, to colouring & customizing, to offering advice and reassurance and also, sharing my knowledge. I pride myself on being a perfectionist and offering the best service I can provide, especially with wigs being so personal.
I am continuously working hard on this brand to be able to provide and offer the best quality hair and my aim is to grow the brand so eventually I will be able to offer all hairloss services!
Whatever your reason being for wanting, or needing, a wig I am here to help you along the way and I will be here afterwards as well to help you with anything you need!
I have created the Wigology Creations page so you can online shop for our original wigs that we've made - but I can literally make you anything you want, so if it's a bespoke creation your after then get in touch and we can either chat over the phone/text message or we can arrange a face-to-face consultation!
